My former employer, SUNY Canton, arranged for me to take two courses with DBA University. Although I have worked in RDBMS for nearly 40 years, I learned quite a bit of new information, as well as re-learned a lot. The presentations were first-rate, as were the study materials. I had one minor technical glitch with the virtual machine I accessed to do the work, and it was very promptly addressed by the instructor. He was very conscientious about getting back to me when I had questions / needed further clarification.read more

This is great training for a beginning DBA. I only wish I would've found it sooner. Srini does a great job of explaining things well in his videos and if you need further explanation he is quick to respond. I highly recommend this if you are new to the DBA position and want to learn Linux and Oracle in depth.read more

I took the Oracle DBA and ASM, RAC and Data Guard courses at DBA University and it was very helpful in terms of information provided. The courses were very structured and delivered in such a way anyone can learn and develop a very good skill set and experience to make a difference. The training materials were user-friendly with a very informative text-book easy to read and understand. The labs were well organized in an orderly manner with step-by step categories and color coded for ease reference.The instructor was very calm collected and spoke distinctively. He will always allude to the real world in the lecture. He knowledge of the material is commendable and his kidness is exceptional. I recall that during the training as I was jobless and was looking to secure something while taking the training, Mr. Ramineni was very supportive and he would even analyze job descriptions and explain unrecognized terms to me. He was very clear and thorough in every topic and I have gained a lot of knowledge from watching, listening to his lectures and doing the lab work. As a student who took the recorded version of the training, I never felt alone or forgotten. Whenever I needed help, Srini was available either via email or text messages. I highly recommend DBA University Training to any one who is willing to learn a skill set in order to better their life. I have taken the Oracle DBA and MS SQL Server DBA classes. A wonderful learning experience! These classes are whiteboard so you get the lecture, can take notes, and then you get the lab portion via a remote desktop session. My instructor in my classes so far have been with Srini. The best part about this training, is that you don't just pay and get stranded. If you have a problem with any of it or any questions at all, Srini is always right on top of it, and responds in a timely manner. All you have to do is drop an e-mail to him. So much better than most on line classes, where there is no one available. Srini answered all my questions and always helped me when needed, which made this a wonderful experience. This training helps to instill the confidence needed and will help to prepare you for certification testing. I will continue to take courses at DBA University. A great learning experience!!read more

My Name is Majid. I am from Florida. I have been an Oracle DBA for about 20 years. Wanted to take a refresher 12C oracle database course and found DBA University online. I am so glad i found Srini and his DBA University. Throughout my carrier i have met many Oracle Gurus and trainers including from Oracle Corporation but never have i seen anyone like Srini who is so thorough in his teaching approach. He explains things so clearly that even a beginner will not have any issues understanding Oracle Database Technology. His teaching builds a lot of confidence in trainees because he makes the toughest concepts so much easier to understand. His analogy and repetition of technical stuff makes trainees 100% confident and comfortable to understand. I truly enjoyed his online DBA class and to be honest have understood several things so much clearly now. I sincerely wish i had known Srini and his university a long time ago, but it is late than never! I have just begun his ASM/RAC/Dataguard training and impressed again so much just with two sessions so far i feel like i knew this technology for a long time. Excellent, Excellent training. Mr Srini is one of the best instructors I have ever met. He takes his time to break down the material to his student. He is also very patient when answering questions from students. The curriculum is so detail and access to the lab serve is the best. I took my DBA training with him and with some practice I will be ready for the job market. The best part of it is that he is in the US unlike others who say they are when they arent. The importance of this is that, streaming is 100% effective. I took my first DBA training with another instructor that i finally realized was based in India and the streaming was horrible, everything was a fiasco. I wish i knew about DBA University few years ago, i took my Oracle training somewhere else but taking SQL Server training at DBA University has given me a better understanding not to only SQL Server but also other Databases. Srini, the teacher is well vest and to date on what he does, he has the passion to make students become excellent and confident by the way he teaches. so far, i have taken about 4 programs from DBA University including SQL Server.Lab works is on point and many of them so you can feel the real world environment, he guides you and assists you to accomplish labs when needed at anytime. Really enjoyed the online course conducted my Srini.I first took the Oracle RAC ASM DG course, the training was so interesting and informative, I was very impressed by the training so I also took the Oracle DBA training from Srini. He is a very knowledgeable person and explains everything clearly and patiently .The material provided as part of the course is so useful and easy to follow. The training and the labs are well planned and structured. I would recommend these courses for both beginners and for the DBA's who are already doing some admin tasks who desires an understanding of what they are doing already , Srini covers both basics and advance level topics as part of this training. Very few trainers spend time explaining every detail of a course. I have had the chance to do just one course (Oracle DBA) at DBA university, but will not hesitate one moment taking up another course. The trainer summarized his tremendous experience in the IT sector, and passed it on to the students, addressing every concept that matters with practical exercises! At the beginning it was not that easy, but thanks to the trainer for making it possible to enjoy an entirely new domain.Beside the skills, the platform is amazing.
